In accordance with Section 73 (6) EEG, the TSOs offer a standardized nationwide procedure for this reporting process, which guarantees electronic data reporting in a fully automated form. The requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act are taken into account accordingly. The possibility of nationwide standardized data reporting is offered optionally and in addition to the existing reporting procedures of the individual TSOs. In the procedure pursuant to Section 73 (6) EEG, the data report is transmitted to the respective TSO in the form of an XML file via a web service. The electricity volumes subject to the EEG levy are reported to the TSO via predefined levy categories.
