§ Section 3 of the Regulation for Renewable Energy Sources (EEV) regulates the transparency of the marketing activities of the transmission system operators (TSOs) in connection with renewable energies.
This also includes the publication of information on marketing activities in order to ensure greater transparency and traceability of activities and to guarantee fair competition.
