The "Implementation rules for data exchange pursuant to Article 40(7) of SO GL" were developed by the German transmission system operators (TSOs) and published following a market consultation.
The provisions of Article 40(7) of the Transmission System Operation Regulation on data exchange in Germany are implemented along these implementation rules.
