The four German transmission system operators (TSOs) collect data on support and relief totals (Transparency Award Modules = "TAM reports") resulting from the EEG, the EnFG and the StromPBG in order to fulfill transparency obligations under European law. The joint TAM reporting portal of the TSOs is the central point for submitting TAM reports and can be accessed via the following link: https://tam.netztransparenz.de
Under the link you will find all relevant information on the procedure and submission of TAM reports. Please observe the statutory deadlines for data reporting and submit them promptly. The deadlines for the 2022 reporting period are as follows
- 31.07.2023: § Section 71 (6) EEG in conjunction with (4) (EEG funding)
- 31.07.2023: § Section 56 (1) EnFG (levy relief)
The reporting obligations in the course of Section 30 (5) StromPBG for the 2023 reporting period are not to be carried out until 30.06.2024.
