What is the deadline for submitting the auditor's certificate as proof of membership of KWK final consumer group C?
There is a deadline of March 31 of the year for submitting the auditor's certificate to the responsible distribution system operator as proof of membership of final consumption group C. This deadline corresponds to the industry agreement (see chapter 4.2.4 of the BDEW implementation aid for the KWKG) and has been implemented by all parties involved since the currently valid regulation for final consumption group C in the KWKG came into force.
