The TSOs invite you to a joint online information event on Wednesday, 24.04.2024 from 13:00 to 15:00. The content of the TSO implementation concept pursuant to Section 13k (6) EnWG will be presented. The aim of the event is to explain the main contents of the TSO implementation concept, with a focus on a two-year trial phase, and to discuss questions.
In accordance with Section 13k (6) EnWG "Use instead of curtail", the TSOs should draw up an implementation concept by April 1st, 2024. This concept should define the essential framework conditions for the instrument. The TSOs have worked intensively on this task and developed an implementation concept within the deadline. The implementation concept has been submitted to the BNetzA for review and will be published on netztransparenz.de before the planned event.
